Second Week

I have to say that this is pretty cool. Hunger is there off and on, but not ravenous gotta eat RIGHT NOW hunger. I acknowledge it and then it goes away.

My hubby is in a band and they played last Saturday night. Drank seltzer all night - didn't really miss drinking. But, we went a long time between meals, so we were a bit hungry on the way home. I brought along some turkey and cucumbers to snack on the way home. I think our drops were really messed up timing wise too, because we had to get all three rounds in before 5:00pm.

So here are our totals for week 2:
ME:
2/14 -.4
2/15 +.2 (yes, I was up - it can happen the experts say)
2/16 -0 (I wasn't worried about stalling...yet)
2/17 -1.4 (ahh....back to losing again)
2/18 -1
2/19 -.4
2/20 -.8

Current weight this morning, 2/20: 172.2 - Total lost in two weeks: 11.8 - yipee!!

HUBBY:
2/14 -3 (I hate men sometimes - 3 pounds in one day!!)
2/15 +1 (yes, there is a God)
2/16 -1 (he dropped it right back again)
2/17 -2
2/18 -2
2/19 -.5
2/20 -.5

Current weight: 227 - total lost in two weeks: 22 - wowsa!

Loss for week 1: me = 8 Hubby = 14
Loss for week 2: me = 3.8 Hubby = 8


Katowi is very happy today!
