P4

So P3 is really really important. I didn't stablize well this round and now I'm paying for it. I gained 10 pounds from my LDW - shot up to 154! I did an egg day (dropped 3) and a steak day (dropped 1.6). Now I've been hovering around 151. This morning I got some extra sleep - I weighed in at 150. sigh

Getting anxious to start losing again. Really looking forward to proving to myself that I can make P3 work this last round. My goal is 130. Another 20 pounds. Thought I might be able to get away with a shorter round, but with gaining nearly 6 pounds from my setpoint - I'm gonna have to do another 40ish day round. ah well.

But...I will do better this round. I know I will. I am very determined.

Had a little good (interesting) new development this morning. Had some friends stay overnight - the husband said he thinks he is shrinking, so we decided to measure him. A little shrinkage - not too bad. So I said - let's measure me. In high school, I always thought I was 5'2". A bit later in my adulthood, I remember measuring 5' 2.75". I grew?!? So just how tall am I really now? My driver's license says 5' 3" (but it also says I weigh 165).

drumroll please......I am 5' 3". Yes indeedy - I have grown a full inch from high school. Who does that? Does this mean I'll be 5' 3.5" when I'm 60?

So now, in order to be considered not overweight anymore, I need to weigh 140. Only 10 pounds. Not too shabby. Doable in my first 10 days back on hhCG. yowsa. Unless, of course, I continue to gain. No no no no. I won't. I will be down to 148 before I start my next round. Yes I will. I will. I will.

OK...got to get to bed so I can get more quality beauty sleep. Ta ta for now.
